Early morning immune booster. I used on a daily basis – first thing in the morning before coffee. I’m sharing this ‘SECRET’ formula for you to feeling great. 1 large cup of Aussie Aqua purified or alkaline water (we use Alkaline at home) 1 teaspoon turmeric 2 tablespoons lemon (substitute with Calamansi if you don’t have lemons) 1 tablespoon honey (use real honey and not the syrup) 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar (always use the Apple Cider Vinegar that includes the ‘Mother’)
Method of the Aussie Aqua’s Early Morning Immune Booster:
I find it better to drink this mixture warm/hot. Boil your Aussie Aqua water and mix the ingredients together and drink as if you would tea or coffee. It’s best to keep a teaspoon handy and mix it as the turmeric will settle on the bottom if not stirred.
